The Biergarten

If you're looking for a beautiful event space, look no further! The Midtown Brewery & Biergarten is our original location where we served our very first pours. Located in Grand Center near the historic Fox Theatre, our Taste Room was originally a garage in the 1920s. Now the space is cozy and intimate with large ivy-covered windows and exposed brick. Our outdoor Biergarten features rows of traditional, German tables, local greenery and flowers, and a small platform stage.

Partial Biergarten Rental

Looking for an outdoor space for your next event? Let us reserve a section of our outdoor Biergarten! Featuring traditional Biergarten tables and benches, with plenty of greenery, there's not a prettier patio around. Counter service food or catering available by UCBC Midtown Kitchen with advance notice.

The Barrel Room

Perfect for an upscale or casual event, the Barrel Room features large windows with plenty of natural light, and beautiful long communal-style wooden tables to seat up to 75 guests. An entry through private glass doors opens to reveal columns of exposed brick and walls lined with barrels, with strings of lights along the ceiling. This unique room includes a private bar and bartender. Catering available by UCBC Midtown.

Rental includes a minimum food and beverage spend (pre-tax and pre-gratuity).

Biergarten hideaway rental

This quaint, private indoor space is tucked behind the outdoor bar and adjacent to the Biergarten. It’s a perfect hidden hideaway for intimate happy hours and parties, with catering available by the UCBC Midtown Kitchen with advance notice.

Beverages

Since UCBC is first and foremost a craft brewery, our drink offerings revolve around our beers. Beer selections vary throughout the year, so please speak with your event coordinator regarding available styles. In addition to Urban Chestnut beers, a selection wines, non-alcoholic sparkling Hop Water and soft drinks are available.

Food

Our UCBC kitchen is our exclusive caterer for our Midtown location. We are happy to allow you to bring your own cakes or desserts for your party.
